· We will clean all areas that are to be
  painted so that all possible
  mildew, dirt , and oils are removed
· We will check all possible areas of
  your home for damage prior to any
  painting

Note:  If any damage is found, I or one of my employees will inform the owner that possible repairs may be needed before painting begins

· Once your home is ready, we will sand
  all needed areas, apply all
  needed caulking, and prime all needed
  areas as listed in your contract
· Next, we apply only the top quality
  paint promised you

Hodge Painting will only use top quality products and will put that product name on every contract.
